Cameron Norrie achieved the most important success of his career by coming back from a early deficit to overcome world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz with a stunning comeback in the early stage of the prestigious indoor tournament.

While he had previously defeated Alcaraz on two separate matches, this win marks Norrie's initial win over a current world number one.
